If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt or before December 25th (whichever comes first).

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online Return Portal with your order number and zip code to request a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Carefully disassemble the tree and place it back in its original King of Christmas packaging with all accessories.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
